Someone fills in a form you built with Formidable Forms, and the ticket shows up in Zoho Desk. Every field maps straight across the instant the form is submitted — a direct, real-time connection that runs entirely on your own WordPress site.

Yes. Every one of your entry fields is offered against every field in the chosen module, standard and custom alike — pick the ones you want mapped.
Not currently — each run opens a fresh ticket and creates a new contact if one is not already mapped in. There is no match-and-update option for Zoho Desk yet.

The run is logged as failed with the error Zoho returned, and the submission is still saved in WordPress — nothing is lost. Once the problem is fixed, the next matching submission goes through as normal.
No. The connection runs on your own WordPress site and talks to Zoho Desk directly. The OAuth token is encrypted in your database, and there is no middleman service holding a copy of your data.
The core plugin is free on WordPress.org and covers a single connection. Pro adds unlimited connections, custom fields, SLAs and multiple departments, and priority support.
