How it works

How a connection comes together

Four steps, start to finish. Everything happens on the screens you already have in wp-admin — there is no second dashboard to learn.

1Pick your trigger

Choose what starts the connection — a form entry, a new order, any supported app.

2Pick your destination

Send it straight to your CRM, marketing, or business app — starting with Zoho CRM, HubSpot and Google Sheets.

3Map the fields

Match form fields to app fields, once — no AI, no guessing, just the mapping you set.

4Test, then go live

Test it with sample data, switch the connection on, and every run is logged.

Integrations

Works with the forms and the store you already run

Integrazo Automator listens to the WordPress form and store plugins you already run, and writes straight to your CRM, marketing, and business apps, starting with Zoho CRM, HubSpot and Google Sheets, with more added regularly. No middleware, no third-party server in between: your site talks to the app directly.

Triggers — where the data comes from

Any of these can start a connection. Pick the plugin, pick the form or the event, and Integrazo Automator reads the entry the moment it is submitted.

Use cases

What people actually connect it for

Every one of these is a single connection you can set up in a few minutes — no code, no external automation service, no per-task bill at the end of the month.

Contact Form 7 → Zoho CRM

Turn every enquiry into a CRM lead

A visitor submits your contact form and the lead is in Zoho CRM before you have finished reading the email notification — name, email, phone and message already in the right fields.

WooCommerce → Zoho Bigin

Open a deal for every order

A new WooCommerce order creates the contact in Zoho Bigin and opens a pipeline deal for the order value, so your sales pipeline matches your store without anyone retyping it.

Any form → Google Sheets

Keep a live sheet of every entry

Add a row to Google Sheets for each submission. Handy for the people on your team who will never log in to a CRM but live in a spreadsheet all day.

WPForms → Mailchimp

Grow your list without a second step

Every WPForms submission adds a subscriber to your Mailchimp audience automatically, tagged and mapped the way you set it up once.

Elementor Forms → HubSpot

Feed your pipeline straight from your site

A form built in the Elementor editor creates or updates a HubSpot Contact or Deal the moment it is submitted — no separate export, no manual entry.

WordPress Core → Google Contacts

Keep a running address book

A new user registration adds a contact to Google Contacts automatically, labelled so it sorts itself.

See in action

Features

Everything the plugin gives you

Integrazo Automator is a WordPress plugin, not a hosted service. Every connection runs on your own server, with your own API credentials.

🔗

Direct connections

One trigger, one destination, one action — set up once and it runs on its own.

🧩

No workflow to build

No steps to chain, no builder canvas — pick the trigger, pick the destination, map the fields.

🗺️

Field mapping

Match each form field to the app field it belongs in. Fixed values and mixed text work too, so you can tag a source or set a default owner.

🧪

Test Run

Run the connection on demand with sample data and see it land, before a real visitor triggers it.

📋

Every run logged

Each run is recorded with a timestamp and a status, so you always know what happened and when.

🔐

Reusable connections

Authorise your CRM, marketing, and business apps — starting with Zoho CRM, HubSpot and Google Sheets — once. Tokens are stored encrypted and refreshed automatically.

🛡️

Runs on your server

Your form data goes from your WordPress site to the destination app and nowhere else. No middleman queue, and no per-task fee for the privilege.

Set up in minutes

No multi-step flow to design — most connections are ready to test within a few minutes of installing.

Plugin vs. SaaS

Why a WordPress plugin instead of a hosted automation service

Zapier, Make and the rest are fine tools, but they charge by the task and every submission you send them leaves your server first. Integrazo Automator does the same direct connection from inside WordPress.

Integrazo AutomatorHosted automation services
What you pay for A yearly licence per site. Runs are not counted. A monthly plan with a task quota, plus overage when a busy month goes over it.
Where your data goes Straight from your WordPress to the destination app. Nothing is stored elsewhere. Through the provider’s servers, where entries usually sit in a run history.
Number of connections As many as your plan allows — no per-run counting. Often capped by plan tier, both in workflows and in steps per workflow.
Form plugin support Reads your WordPress form and store plugins natively, including WooCommerce. Usually needs a webhook add-on or a paid connector on the WordPress side.
Where you work In wp-admin, next to the forms you are connecting. In a separate dashboard, in a second browser tab, with a second login.
If a run fails The error is logged, and the original entry is still safe in WordPress. Varies — replays are a paid feature on several platforms.
FAQ

Frequently asked questions

The things people ask before they install it. If yours is not here, the support team will answer it.

What is Integrazo Automator?

Integrazo Automator is a WordPress plugin. It watches for something happening on your site — a form entry, a WooCommerce order — and sends it straight to one destination you choose: your CRM, marketing, or business app, starting with Zoho CRM, HubSpot and Google Sheets, with more added regularly. Everything runs on your own server, inside wp-admin.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. You pick your trigger from a list, pick your destination app, match the fields, and hit Test Run. There is no code, no webhook URL to paste and no JSON to write. If you can set up a contact form, you can set up a connection.

Which form plugins does Integrazo Automator support?

Contact Form 7, WPForms, Gravity Forms, Elementor Forms, Fluent Forms, Forminator, Formidable Forms, Ninja Forms, Everest Forms, ARForms, JetFormBuilder, MetForm, SureForms, HappyForms, Kali Forms, NEX-Forms, WSForm and weForms — plus WooCommerce and WordPress core events.

Which apps can it send data to?

Starting with Zoho CRM, Zoho Bigin, HubSpot, Freshsales, Zoho Desk, Google Sheets and more, with new destinations added regularly. In Zoho CRM you choose the module — Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Deals — and what the connection should do with it.

Is it a plugin or a SaaS subscription?

A plugin. You install it on your WordPress site and it runs there. There is no account to create on our servers and no data of yours passing through them. The licence key exists only to deliver updates and support.

Are there per-task or per-run fees?

No. The licence covers the number of sites in your plan, and those sites can run as many connections as they need. A busy month costs the same as a quiet one.

Is there a free version?

Yes — The core plugin is free on WordPress.org and covers a single connection. Pro adds unlimited connections, custom fields and modules, and priority support.

Can I filter, delay or branch a connection?

Not in Integrazo Automator — every connection is a direct, one-to-one mapping by design, which is what keeps it simple to set up. Filtering, delays and multi-step logic are outside what this plugin does.

Where is my form data stored?

On your own server. A run goes from your WordPress straight to the destination app over its official API. The only record kept is the entry logged on your own site, in your own database, which you can clear whenever you like.

What happens if a run fails?

The error the app returned is logged, and the original entry is still saved in WordPress — nothing is lost. Fix the cause — a re-authorised connection, a required field — and the next matching entry goes through as normal.

Will a connection slow my site down?

No. A connection does not run inside the visitor’s page load, so the person submitting the form is not left waiting on an API call to the destination app.

Are my app credentials safe?

Connections are authorised over OAuth where the app supports it, so you never paste a password into the plugin. Tokens are stored encrypted in your database and refreshed automatically.

Can I use one licence on several sites?

Yes, up to the site count in your plan — 1 or 5 sites. Connections are set up per site.
