By installing, activating or purchasing a licence for Integrazo Automator, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Integrazo Automator.
The free version of Integrazo Automator, distributed on WordPress.org, is licensed under the GPL, as required of every WordPress.org plugin. A Pro licence, purchased separately (see pricing), grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the additional Pro features on the number of sites your licence covers, for as long as that licence remains active.
You agree not to: reverse-engineer Integrazo Automator beyond what your licence permits; resell, sublicense or redistribute a Pro licence key; or use Integrazo Automator to violate the terms of any third-party service you connect it to, including the app you send data to.
Integrazo retains all rights, title and interest in Integrazo Automator not expressly granted to you under these terms or under the GPL for the free version.
Integrazo Automator sends data from your WordPress site to the destinations you configure. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy or handling of data by those third-party services once it leaves your site; your use of them is governed by your own agreement with each provider.
Pro licence fees are billed as described on the pricing page at the time of purchase. Refunds are handled under our separate Refund Policy.
We may suspend or terminate a Pro licence for breach of these terms. You may stop using Integrazo Automator at any time by deactivating and uninstalling the plugin.
Integrazo Automator is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Integrazo is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of Integrazo Automator, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your licence in the 12 months before the claim arose.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Integrazo is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. No jurisdiction has been named yet.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the last update; continued use of Integrazo Automator after a change constitutes acceptance of it.
Questions about these terms can be sent to support@integrazo.com.
