The core Integrazo Automator plugin is free on WordPress.org and is never charged for. This policy covers paid Pro licences purchased through this site.

Refund Window

We offer a refund if requested within 14 days of purchase, provided the licence has not been used to power a live, publicly accessible connection beyond initial testing. The 14-day window is a placeholder pending confirmation.

What’s Covered

• New Pro licence purchases within the refund window above.
• Duplicate or accidental charges.

What’s Not Covered

• Renewal charges after the initial purchase window has passed.
• Licences that have been actively used in production beyond reasonable testing.
• Change of mind after the refund window has closed.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@integrazo.com with your order details and the reason for the request. We aim to respond within a few business days.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method; your bank or card provider may take several additional business days to post the credit.
