Someone fills in a form you built with NEX-Forms, and a new row appears in your Zoho Sheet. Every field maps straight across the instant the form is submitted — a direct, real-time connection that runs entirely on your own WordPress site.

Everything you need to know about the NEX-Forms & Zoho Sheet integration
No. Install Integrazo Automator, authorise Zoho Sheet once, pick the form as your trigger, map the form fields to your sheet columns and switch the connection on. There is no webhook URL to paste and no JSON to write.
In the spreadsheet and worksheet you pick when you build the connection. Column names are read live from row 1, so each field goes into the column you chose — and a column you add later turns up in the mapping without reconnecting.
Yes. Every one of your form fields is offered against every column in your header row, and anything you leave unmapped is simply left blank — pick the ones you want mapped.
Not if you use Add or Update Row. Pick the column to match on — email is the usual one — and the connection rewrites that row when it finds a match, and appends a new one when it does not.
Yes. Add a filter condition on any mapped field — contains, equals, starts with, is empty and the rest, combined with AND/OR — and only entries matching it are sent to Zoho Sheet. Everything else is skipped and still shows up in your Logs.
The run is logged as failed with the error Zoho returned, and the submission is still saved in WordPress — nothing is lost. Once the problem is fixed, the next matching submission goes through as normal.
No. The connection runs on your own WordPress site and talks to Zoho Sheet directly. The OAuth token is encrypted in your database, and there is no middleman service holding a copy of your data.
The core plugin is free on WordPress.org and covers a single connection. Pro adds unlimited connections, several worksheets in one connection, and rows updated in place, and priority support.
